FAQ

Can Rush really be done the same day?
Three conditions must all be met: it is a business day, documents are complete before 4:00 PM Vietnam time (GMT+7), and payment is received. Then it takes about 4 hours. Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, it is done by noon the next business day.
What is the daily cut-off?
8:00 PM Vietnam time (GMT+7). Anything received later counts as the next business day. For same-day Rush, the cut-off is 4:00 PM Vietnam time (GMT+7).
Can I submit on a weekend or Vietnamese public holiday?
You can send your documents, but they count as received on the next business day, and timing starts from then.
What if my travel dates change?
Before we file, just tell us the new entry date on LINE. An issued e-visa shows a validity period; if your new entry date falls outside it, a new application is needed.
Can our company apply for several colleagues together?
Yes. Each colleague needs their own e-visa and the fee is per person; one contact person can send everyone's documents on LINE.
When exactly does the clock start?
When documents are complete and payment is received. If a photo or passport page has to be retaken, timing starts once it is resent — so for urgent cases, send everything in one go.
What if I need multiple entries?
Our prices are for single-entry e-visas with stays of up to 90 days. For multiple entries or anything else, ask on LINE first and we will reply separately.
Will an urgent application definitely be approved?
Issuance is decided by the Vietnamese immigration authorities, not by us. We check your details before filing to reduce the chance of a return due to input errors.
