This policy explains how ezvisapro.com (EzVisaPro) handles personal data you provide through this website and LINE.
1. What we collect
The information you send us on LINE: your name, passport data page, portrait photo, planned entry date and port of entry, and your LINE display name. This website has no online application form.
2. No passport uploads on this website
This website does not accept passport or photo uploads. Send your passport data page and portrait photo directly to our LINE account. Those files are used only for your visa application.
3. How we use your data
To process your Vietnam e-visa application, contact you about it, and send you payment details and your issued visa.
4. Sharing
To file your application, we pass the required information to our partner travel agency in Vietnam, which submits it to the Vietnamese immigration authorities. We do not sell your data. This website is delivered through Cloudflare, and messages you send on LINE are also subject to LINE's own privacy policy.
5. Retention
Passport data pages and portrait photos are deleted within 15 days after the visa is issued, or within 7 days of receipt if no application proceeds. Our LINE conversation records are deleted after 90 days. Information passed to our partner travel agency in Vietnam is used only to file your application.
6. Cookies
We use one functional cookie, ezv_lang, to remember your language choice. Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security and performance. We do not use advertising cookies.
