Terms of Service

1. The service

EzVisaPro provides a referral service for Vietnam e-visas (single entry): we help you prepare and check your application details, and our partner travel agency in Vietnam files the application with the Vietnamese immigration authorities. We are a private commercial agency and are not affiliated with the Government of Vietnam.

2. Prices

Prices are per person (per passport), include the Vietnam government visa fee and our service fee, and are quoted in the currency shown on the website. The final amount and payment method are confirmed with you on LINE before you pay.

3. Processing times

Processing times start once your documents are complete and payment is received. Business days exclude weekends and Vietnamese public holidays. Anything received after 8:00 PM Vietnam time (GMT+7) or on a non-business day counts as received on the next business day. Rush applications received before 4:00 PM Vietnam time (GMT+7) on a business day are completed in approximately 4 hours; those received between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM are completed by 12:00 noon Vietnam time on the next business day.

4. Your information

You must provide true, accurate and complete information, and your passport must be valid for at least 6 months. If details are missing or need to be resent, the processing time starts once they are complete.

5. Outcome

Whether a visa is issued, what it contains and whether you are admitted at the border are decided by the relevant Vietnamese authorities; EzVisaPro cannot decide them on your behalf.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancelled before filing: full refund.
• After the application is filed: no refund, as fees have been paid to our partner agency and for the Vietnam government visa fee.
• If the visa cannot be issued due to an error by EzVisaPro or our partner agency: full refund.
• Issuance is decided by the Vietnamese authorities; no refund if a visa is not issued.

We may update these terms; the updated version applies from the time it is published on this page.
